Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 2026

This policy explains how VPNXB handles data on its website, user panel, and subscription service. Account and billing details are used to provide the service; browsing activity through international routes is not stored as browsing history.

Account and Service Data

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. The sign-up process does not require a registration email. VPNXB processes usernames and password verification data to identify accounts, authenticate logins, and maintain subscription access. Do not include identity details unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.

Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment amount, payment result, and refund information. They are used to provide subscriptions, verify transactions, and resolve billing issues. Account traffic usage and subscription status are used to calculate remaining entitlements and do not include details of websites visited.

When a support ticket is submitted, VPNXB processes the issue description and attachments provided by the user. Before sending screenshots, hide passwords, complete subscription links, and unrelated information in payment records. Do not expose access credentials to others.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling

VPNXB does not record which websites users visit. Browsing history, lists of visited domains, DNS query details, and transmitted content from subscription routes are not stored. VPNXB does not build an account-linked archive of browsing activity.

Establishing connections and forwarding traffic require temporary processing of connection status. This status is used only for the active session and is released when the connection ends; it is not converted into persistent connection logs. Historical records linking a user's source address, destination address, and connection time are not retained.

Service operation may use aggregated traffic data that does not include browsing destinations and node error categories to troubleshoot issues. Account billing usage is an entitlement record, not a browsing log. The no-logs policy does not replace the user's responsibility to protect their device, account, and subscription credentials.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help understand page usage and identify access issues. They may involve information such as pages visited, referring pages, browser category, and language. Analytics are limited to website visits, do not cover browsing activity on subscription routes, and are not used to build cross-site advertising profiles.

Cookies and local storage support necessary session identification, login status, and language preferences. Panel login credentials are used to make account requests, while language preferences preserve the selected interface language. These uses are handled separately from browsing records on subscription routes.

Users can clear or restrict this storage through browser settings. After clearing it, users may need to log in again or select a language; restricting necessary storage may affect panel features. After using a shared device, log out and clear the login state.

Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures

VPNXB supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider or network, which may process payment account details, transaction records, and risk-control information under its own policies. Please review the provider's privacy notice before proceeding with a payment.

VPNXB receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords on this website. Refund verification may require users to provide additional transaction records, which are used only to confirm orders and process refunds.

VPNXB does not sell account data. Data is shared with relevant processors only as necessary to provide the service, maintain systems, verify transactions, or meet applicable legal obligations. Where disclosure is legally required, it is limited to lawful requests and the minimum necessary scope.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the account receives service. Order and refund records are kept for the periods necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and troubleshooting data are deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Website analytics are retained only for as long as needed for analysis, not indefinitely.

To access, correct, or delete account data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. VPNXB will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Deletion may prevent subscription entitlements from remaining linked to the account, so confirm that there are no outstanding orders or refund matters first.

Transaction data that must be retained by law or is still needed for an unresolved dispute cannot be deleted at the same time as an account request. Its use will be restricted, and it will be handled after the retention requirement ends. Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side account or order data.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

VPNXB publishes policy revisions on this page and updates the month shown at the top. Material changes to data uses, processing scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Matters requiring separate consent by law will be handled separately.

For questions about this policy, data processing, or deletion results, submit details through a user panel support ticket. Other service terms are available in the Terms of Service; see the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
