Terms of Service
These terms apply to the VPNXB cross-border network acceleration subscription service and its user panel. Before using the service, please review its scope, account rules and responsibilities. If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the user panel’s support ticket portal. For information about personal data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
Service Scope
VPNXB provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access and access to international websites, with coverage in 100+ countries and 180+ routes. It supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel. The routes available to you and connection settings are those shown in the panel and client.
The subscription provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, paid content or usage rights for third-party websites. Regional rules, account eligibility and content licenses for destination websites are determined by their operators. Connecting through a route in a particular region does not guarantee access to all content available there.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. Do not publish them on public pages or let others use them. A subscription link grants access. If it is exposed or used unexpectedly, take action through the user panel and submit a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time for use by the account holder. This does not authorize providing the service to others. Account sharing, subscription resale, renting out access, and using a subscription to provide paid proxy services to others are prohibited.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check the plan, data allowance and billing method before confirming your order. For current prices, see the Plans page.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and in the regions involved in your use of the service, as well as the terms of use of destination websites. You may not use the service for fraud, violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, distributing unlawful content, sending unsolicited messages, network attacks or other unlawful activity.
You may not steal other users’ credentials, disrupt service systems or consume shared resources through malicious automated requests. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, take steps to protect your account promptly and inform the service.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, destination website status, device configuration and route congestion. VPNXB does not guarantee the same speeds in every region or at all times, nor does it guarantee that third-party platforms will always accept connections from a particular exit region. Use actual connection results to assess route listings and status information.
Maintenance, upstream network failures or force majeure events may result in route changes or temporary interruptions. If an issue occurs, first check your subscription status and client settings, then provide relevant diagnostic information through a support ticket. Responsibility is determined under applicable law and based on the specific circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict remedies available to users under applicable law.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If an account is used for resale, account sharing, unlawful activity or malicious disruption of the service, VPNXB may restrict relevant connections, suspend the account or terminate the service depending on the circumstances. To protect other users and system operations, restrictions may be applied first when necessary, followed by an explanation and review.
You may submit an explanation or request a review through a support ticket. A connection stopping because a plan has expired or its data has been used up is a change in subscription status, not termination for a violation. Check the panel for your current status.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Important changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or in the user panel, with details about their scope and effective date. Updates to this page will not be used to retroactively reduce benefits already confirmed for an order. If you disagree with a change, contact us through a support ticket to discuss how it applies.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. For instructions and details, see the Refund Policy.
